Established in 1992 by Jaime G. Lara alongside minority partners, Wolar began its journey as a humble one-man machine shop. Fueled by the tireless determination of Jaime, a devoted Hispanic father of four, the company embarked on an ambitious path without a formal business plan but bolstered by the unwavering support of early investors and employees. This leap of faith and the foundational trust of its supporters propelled Wolar to its status as the preeminent ring gasket manufacturer in the United States.

Over the last thirty years, Wolar has navigated significant industry shifts. By 2012, we broadened our reach, opening warehouses in Canada and Singapore, adapting to stricter regulations and market changes. Instead of focusing solely on product diversification, we’ve honed our focus on enhancing our operations and supply chain management.
